Yes, we monitor all sales everyday, including Sundays and Holidays. If you purchase, you may not get an email back right away, but we see it. Sales from shopnutmegpeddlers.com go through the same system that our sales from our nutmeg peddlers eBay store go through. 100's of sales per month!
How do I pay for an item on this site?
We take Master Card, Visa, American Express,
Discover, PayPal, Goggle Checkout, money orders and checks . If you mail in your payment of a personal check, our bank holds the funds for 10 business days, so use as a last resort.
Is your site safe for transferring my Credit Card info?
Yes. This site's hosting company uses Authorize.net
credit card gateway systems. The internets largest and most secure system. This
is a "real" credit card transaction system used on or offline. We do
NOT store credit card information here at the nutmegpeddlers.
Who are Nutmeg Peddlers?
We are a tiny family owned and operated e-commerce business. Read the "about us" for more details.
We are not new to online commerce!
Do you see my order or is this site automated?
We have any automation components in our
business software, but we see who makes a purchase throughout the day. We see your payments,
so after you make one do not worry that we cannot see it! We are on this site everyday along with all of our Nutmeg Peddlers businesses. Your order does not go
unseen even if you do not hear from us for a bit. Remember, we are in Eastern
Standard Time, so if you are on our site in the middle of the night it is a good
chance everyone at Nutmeg Peddlers are away and sleeping!
How long will it take before you mail my item?
We ship just about everyday. Our eBay flagship store nutmegpeddlers,
and our other eBay store nutmegnotions, have so much volume that we need to ship constantly. A purchase at this site goes along with the same packing and shipping process as our eBay sales.

Are prices here cheaper than on eBay?
Yes. The reason is simple, eBay's overhead in advertising and
commissions costs add up and do not have to be figured in at nutmegpeddlers.com.
Though we do have to spend money to sell here also!!

What service do you ship with?
We have been using the United States Postal Service since 2002 when Nutmegpeddlers began. We use first class, Parcel and Priority mail depending on weight, destination and the product purchased. More information on the shipping page.

How many items have you sold, are you experienced?
We have sold and shipped over 10,000 items since 2002. Rest assured, you purchase from us you will receive your item.
We are experienced with online commerce, and it is a lot of work!
How much is shipping for an item?
You see the shipping cost BEFORE you actually pay.
There is a shipping button in every ad. If you are international, you best email
first because there are so many variations and it could be expensive. So email
us your address and we will get back to you with the shipping amount.
OK, where do I buy, here or on your eBay
stores?
It is up to you, where ever you feel most comfortable. The items on this site are the same as on our eBay site. The
difference is a lower price here and not all of our products are available here
at all of the time depending on inventory. Our highest stocked and best sellers are on this site and constantly change with inventory amounts.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere on the US Mainland, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We also ship to APO address, but keep in mind APO addresses cannot have delivery conformation numbers.
We also ship International, BUT EMAIL first for postal rates. I could be expensive.
OK, basically we ship almost everywhere. Keep
in mind, we are well aware of just about every scam out there and are not
fooled. It is in the end our choice if we ship to a particular country or
situation. No strangers to internet either!
What is your policy on returns?
We say all sales final in all of our eBay
ads. Reason is, the cost of shipping back and forth makes "change of
mind" purchases cost prohibited. Returns must be approved first if a
situation arises. An item returned MUST be unused, in it's original undamaged packaging. We do NOT pay for return postage. We do have very detailed ads with clear photos so that you are best informed of your purchase. If an item is non functioning or damaged, then of course we will
rectify, we have 1,000 and 1,000 of happy customers! Look around where ever
nutmeg peddlers sells, you will see what they say!!!

am unsure about doing business with you, how can I feel comfortable?
You should be aware and research anyone you do
business with online. It is a new way to buy, only years old and changing daily.
To check us out, as with anyone, email us and ask. We return emails as this is
our communication tool in online commerce. Click around to ALL our links, where
ever we do business. Here and on eBay. You may even call our Post office and ask
if Nutmeg Peddlers is at box 7272. Checkout how we collect payment. We use PayPal
which offers protection for buyers, and also credit card that also offer
protection. We use a "real" credit card acceptance system in which we
pay for, Authorize.net. Click the seal for them on our home page. The link is
generated in their system so that customers can have proof of our membership.
Want to call the Connecticut state sales tax office? You can and ask if Nutmeg
Peddlers have a valid state sales tax number. Yep, we do. Anyhow, feel safe in
purchasing, and if you rather purchase with us using the eBay system, utilizing
the feedback system then that is OK to. Same Nutmeg Peddlers either way.
